Information We Process
To provide accounts, payments, credits, workflows, AI, simulation, and support, we process account details, authentication status, order and credit facts, service inputs and outputs, run and security logs, device data, and anti-abuse signals.
Purposes
Information is used to fulfill requests, complete billing and refunds, maintain security and availability, prevent abuse, handle support, meet legal obligations, and produce de-identified operational statistics.
Credentials and Security
Third-party credentials are encrypted on the server and are not written to workflow graphs, templates, public output, or persistent browser storage. We use transport encryption, access controls, audit, and least privilege, but no internet service can promise absolute security.
Third-Party Processing
When you choose a model, payment, messaging, cloud storage, or external integration, the minimum data needed to fulfill the request is sent to that provider under its applicable terms and privacy rules.
Retention and Deletion
Data is retained only as needed for service delivery, security audit, disputes, and legal obligations. You can delete manageable content or request access, correction, export, or deletion through support, except for billing, risk-control, and immutable audit facts that must be retained.
Marketing Choice
Marketing email is sent only after a separate affirmative choice. You may withdraw through account settings or an unsubscribe link at any time; this does not block necessary account, security, order, or service-status messages.
Your Rights
You may use product controls or support channels to exercise applicable rights of access, correction, deletion, withdrawal, and complaint. We may verify identity before acting to protect the account.
Children
The service is not directed to users who lack the legal capacity required to use it. Minors may use it only with guardian consent and supervision and as permitted by applicable law.
