Information We Process
To provide accounts, payments, credits, workflows, AI simulation, and customer support, we process account details, authentication information, orders and credit ledger entries, service inputs and outputs, run logs, and device and security information. Content submitted to third-party AI or integration services is transferred to the relevant provider at the user's direction.
How We Use Information
We use this information only to provide and improve services, complete billing and refunds, protect security, prevent abuse, handle support requests, meet legal obligations, and produce de-identified operational statistics.
Storage and Security
Sensitive credentials are encrypted on the server and are not written to workflow graphs, templates, or persistent browser storage. We use access controls, encryption in transit, audit logs, and least-privilege practices, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Sessions and Cookies
We use cookies and session data necessary for sign-in, security checks, and language preferences. Short-lived access tokens remain in browser memory, while refresh tokens are stored in HttpOnly cookies. Signing out, revoking a session, or token expiry invalidates the corresponding session.
Files and Data Retention
Uploaded files, saved workflows, service inputs and outputs, and run records are retained only as needed to provide services, support security audits, and honor user choices. You may delete manageable content or request deletion through support. Temporary data expires under the retention policy shown by the relevant service, except for billing, risk-control, and audit records that must be retained by law.
Third-Party Services
Model providers, cloud storage, payment and SMS services, and third-party platforms connected by users may process necessary data under their own terms. We transmit only the minimum information required to complete a user request.
Marketing Communications and Consent
Marketing email is sent only after you explicitly opt in. You may withdraw consent at any time through an unsubscribe link or account settings. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing or prevent necessary account-security, order, and service-status notices. We retain subscription and unsubscribe records to enforce your choice.
Your Rights
You may access, correct, or delete account information, revoke third-party credentials you no longer need, and request export or deletion of personal data through support. Billing, risk-control, and audit records that must be retained by law may not be deleted immediately.
Minors
The service is not intended for users who lack full legal capacity. Minors should use it only with the consent and guidance of a guardian.
