Terms of Service

Service Description
The platform provides workflows, AI model calls, simulation, content processing, and third-party integrations. AI outputs are probabilistic. You must verify important facts and must not rely on them as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, or other high-risk professional decisions.
Accounts and Security
You must provide accurate information and protect your account, API keys, and third-party credentials. Actions initiated through your account are treated as authorized. Revoke affected keys and contact support immediately if you detect unusual activity.
Credits and Billing
Fixed-price capabilities deduct credits before execution. Token-priced capabilities settle against actual usage and may temporarily make the credit balance negative. Every real balance change is recorded in an immutable ledger. When a displayed quote is an estimate, final actual usage controls.
Top-Ups and Refunds
Credits are added when a top-up is confirmed. If a payment provider confirms a refund, the purchased credits are reversed. If those credits have already been spent, the balance may become negative and must be offset by a later top-up. Failed executions refund the unused portion. Real third-party costs already incurred are not unconditionally refundable.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, infringement, bypassing permissions or billing, attacking infrastructure, bulk abuse of third-party APIs, distributing malware, or submitting personal or copyrighted content you are not authorized to process.
User Content
You retain lawful rights in your content and grant the platform the processing rights required to perform your requests. You represent that your inputs, files, credentials, and third-party data are lawful and properly authorized.
Changes and Liability
We may adjust capabilities and prices for security, compliance, supplier changes, or maintenance, and will announce material changes through the service. To the extent permitted by law, liability for force majeure, third-party outages, or user violations will not exceed the amount you most recently paid.
