Policy summary
Rules governing OPEN_AI accounts, credits, workflows, AI capabilities, and third-party integrations.
Service Scope
OPEN_AI provides workflows, AI model calls, simulation, content processing, and third-party integrations. AI output can be uncertain; medical, legal, financial, and other high-risk matters require independent review by qualified professionals.
Accounts and Security
You must provide necessary accurate information and protect your account, API keys, and third-party credentials. Revoke affected credentials and contact support immediately after suspicious activity. Account access may not be shared, rented, or resold.
Credits and Billing
One CNY equals 10 credits. Fixed-price capabilities deduct a disclosed amount before execution. Token-priced capabilities reserve the maximum amount in a signed quote before execution, settle actual usage afterward, and release unused credits. Requests do not run when available credits are insufficient, and accounts cannot be overdrawn.
Purchases, Failures, and Refunds
Credits are issued after payment confirmation. Refunds follow the payment provider's confirmed result and reverse the corresponding purchased credits. Amounts are released or returned when execution did not start or incur upstream cost; auditable third-party cost already incurred is not unconditionally refundable.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, rights violations, permission or billing evasion, infrastructure attacks, third-party API abuse, malware distribution, or processing personal data, trade secrets, or protected content without lawful authority.
User Content and Authority
You retain rights in lawful content and grant the platform only the processing authority necessary to fulfill your explicit request. You represent that your inputs, files, credentials, and third-party data are lawful and properly authorized.
Service Changes
The platform may adjust features, pricing, and limits for security, compliance, provider changes, or maintenance. Material changes affecting rights or billing will be announced through the service or another reasonable channel before they apply to new actions.
Responsibility and Support
To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility for force majeure, third-party outages, and user violations is allocated under applicable law. Account, billing, security, and data requests may be submitted through support.
